Read MoreI have had Mandy as a tutor before and found her feedback to be excellent and helpful. For me the course material, at first blush, looked slim but reading it a few times I realised that it was not. At the assignment section Mandy advises that we students come back to our assignments before submission. I found I needed to do this multiple times. However, I would also think that it would be helpful if in the guidance in the introduction it was spelled out that each of the modules needs/benefits from reading and thinking about multiple times. May well be obvious advice but for us numpties I think it would be very helpful guidance. Wonderful course. I loved it.

Read MoreThis course challenged the way how I think. It has thought me to be more open-minded and I have learned that writing represents much more than what the naked eyes can see. It is more about becoming curious and not being judgemental. Its about extending my creative mindset beyond ordinary to being extraordinary. I have learned new ways of writing such as defamiliarization, juta-position and shapeshifting. I am looking forward to the constructive criticism on my assignment so that I may grow more creatively. If my assignment does not meet the required expected standard; I would really appreciate Writer's Bureau management team offering me a second chance to correct my mistakes and resubmit the assignment. Deep down inside of me there is an inner voice speaking to me about the gift that was given to me and everyday I am just procrastinating and not moving forward. This course is a medium through which I have the opportunity to develop my creative skills.
