Workshop Outline

Every creative writing tutor’s pet mantra is, ‘Show, Don’t Tell’. In this fun and informative workshop you'll find out exactly what this means and how to apply it effectively to your writing. With numbers strictly limited to ten there is plenty of time to ask questions. Plus, Phil will set you a short writing exercise so you can have a go yourself and receive constructive feedback if you choose to share your work.

After the workshop you'll be emailed the workshop slides.

This is a great opportunity to develop your writing skills and make friends with others on the same journey. It’ll be exciting, stretching, lots of fun, and give you the confidence to take your writing forward. This workshop is suitable for writers who want to develop their fiction writing skills, including beginners.

This workshop is run by Budding Writers in partnership with The Writers Bureau.

By taking part in this workshop you will:
